RSD - abrupt formatting/loading issues

I've lately been having sudden issues with seemingly text formatting, random photos and links/social media links ceasing to load properly. These issues are inconsistent across various browsers and began abruptly about a month and a half ago without any changes having been made to the website.
Some issues with pictures and formatting have just as inexplicably resolved themselves after completely unrelated edits have been made to the site.
The current, prevailing issues I am focusing on are formatting of pictures on Home page and social media links on Home page (upper left under logo). The photo does not seem to be loading properly on any browser, while the social icon links load properly on IE and Silk, inconsistently on Firefox, and not at all on Chrome.

Any advice or insight is welcome. I am not a particularly experienced RSD user and this is the first and only site I've built.

Everything here seems to work ok on my browsers, although loading the images is quite slow, you might need to look at the images file sizes. your social icons on the home page are different from the other pages (different element type) but work ok, except in my opinion. they shouldn't open in a new window, they should really open over the page, but then that's only my opinion,

Wondering if a .css file was removed from your server. Looks like flexslider.css is missing - at least that's what Chrome developer tools is complaining about (see attached image). Could be a place to start / look into.

We don't know what the home page is supposed to look like, so what is correct and what is not, isn't quite clear. I'm assuming that the drawing is supposed to be larger, but of course I don't know that. Attached are screenshots from all the browsers I have (I'm on a laptop, so I don't get the full height of page), and to me they seem pretty much the same. The IE11 one is displaying that drawing somewhat smaller than the others, I think.
If you want someone to look into this, you need to post your project file (the one you are working on in RSD) here, or pop it into a dropbox if it is too big. We need to see what you have done. A screenshot of what it is supposed to look like would also help.
I also have to mention that the RSD version you are using (2.5.2386) is quite old now. The current version is SD4.0.3113. In every new version there have been added fixes for this and that, and it might be, that with the new version you wouldn't have had this problem.
