I'll explain what I'm doing first to put my question into context...

I've added a background image to a row. I've then created columns with text which essentially sits over the row's background image. This is a great way to add text over an image - however, the background image does not resize like picture elements would.

Since the background image is contained in the row, I'm wondering if it's possible to get it auto-resize like picture elements.

Don't set the image as a row background. Set it as a column background instead.
