I have RSD 1.5 Build 1419 but am not showing a free upgrade to 2.0 in my account.

You need to either:
A) Own RSD 1.0, Foundation Framer and Bootstrap Builder.
B) Purchased RSD within the past 45 days.
If you meet either one of those requirements, open a support ticket and we can get the software in your account.

The file structure for your website is still the same as version 1.5.

Hello,
I just purchased the Responsive Design Pack for OSX. The download list from my account page does not include RSD or RSD 2 (which I was hoping to receive). Have I done something wrong?
