OS win vista

FILE ASSOCIATION
.rsd extension required the association set manually after install / update from 1.2 trial

COLOR PALETTE
The focus for the palette puts it always at the top, above text / css files when they are called after it's open

This may be me, but it looks like a possible bug:
BORDERS on UL / LI
After applying a border to an li class - then select the element / class
The border style doesn't focus and on hover the dialogue reports: Selected borders don't share this style
The border requires selecting twice to focus back which leaves you not knowing the style without checking with the "inspector"
So it seems that function needs a little work?

FILE ASSOCIATION

That sounds like a bad install. The software will always make the file extensions RSD associated with Responsive Site Designer. I would recommend uninstalling and re-installing.

COLOR PALETTE

This issue was addressed in Build 1390.

BORDERS on UL / LI

Do you have a sample project and some screenshots you can share that show in more detail what you are describing?

Scott, no disrespect. Just thought you'd like a report for development.
Personally this is an exciting switch for me after working at an other software company for the last 10+ years, since this is where I wanted us to go.

FILE ASSOCIATION
The install was good, perhaps it had something to do with the 1.5 beta uninstall. I did that before the new 1394 install though.
Also it's not a big issue as you can easily set the association manually, just usually the exe does that.
So I thought I'd give you a heads up on that.
COLOR PALETTE
This is build 1394 maybe 1390 is a later release?
BORDERS on UL / LI
To replicate this Border issue:
Drag a UL Link from Elements onto the page.
In Design apply to class, use that class for all the list items.
For the sake of applying it to say a horizontal menu...
Put padding right & left at 10, and position a float left block.

Now go to border and select border-right with a 1px solid
Preview & now look again at the border it'll show the dialogue on hover below in the image.

From there you can have a look at that behavior and see what you think.

Thanks for the steps on the Borders. I am looking into that right now.
