I think you have not set the H1 element to "Red" at the lower breakpoints

You should be doing your design from mobile first (below the first blue default breakpoint

If you want to attach the project file you will need to ZIP it fisrst

You probably also want to change the font size of that header. As Wayan says, move the slider down to the left of the first (narrowest) breakpoint and start changing things there. Forgetting this is a common beginner's mistake, we've all been there! ;)

I od that, that header font size comes up thta large when i upload, even though in the program it appears at 21 not 60.

I actually have the webpage up, minus a few html pages that are locked into the glitched version. It looks normal there. I dont think I can import them over. If I cant fix this, I suppose I have to rebuild them. This is not our main site, it is one we are migrating to, slowly. Our main site is top of google fro our search terms, so I dont want to mess with that too quick. ( https://www.mexicorvbuddies.com )

I guess the lesson is always backup firts before making any changes. This seems to be one big disadvantage over dreamweaver which I used before. I went to this rather than wordpress, because i dont trust wordpress for a business site. too many 3rd party plugins. The previous site was not particulary mobile friendly and that seems to be the main concern these days.

I don't have a problem styling that header with colour or size, so it's not a problem with the App, what you put in is what you get out
