Starting to get people sending me notes saying that the form we have is not working.
I tried using our form and had the same problem. Very slow to load, form comes up with incorrect formatting and then would not submit.
Started yesterday, and when I tested it an hour ago 8/21 at 2:03 ran into the same problem. However now it has seemed to resolve itself and is working now.

Please check your spelling. I wouldn't pick anyone up on spelling normally, but you are writing 'forum' when you probably mean 'form'. Those two are very different and could cause confusion for readers.

One reason for your problems could be that you have spaces in your file or folder name. Instead, write it in one word (apchemistryapplicationform) or use dashes (ap-chemistry-application-form).

All hosts go down from time to time. They may have been doing maintenance on the server.
