I feel confident that this is a simple fix but I'm not seeing it

Bottom left corner there is a logo supposed to be there and it doesn't show up. have redone it a few times - made it a picture link instead a simple png insert. But it doesn't show up

Any ideas?

Hey guys - disregard. Even though I had redone the page 3 times and cleared to cache every test for some reason this last one worked.
