The form shows up on my iPhone 13. Everything seems to be ok, both on my PC and my phone. Cache again? I'm sure there must be a delay somewhere.

Check the heights of your containers, especially the one containing the form. and the "Body" and the width its full screen on my desktop size monitor.

PS on this problem. Was working a trade show and couldn't look at it for a couple of days - - it started working.
