Which pics are we looking at for a size issue? I need better clarification on what your seeing.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Its the top banner pictures - there are 3 - mobile, pad, desktop. pad and desktop look the same just different sizes. Its the images right below the navigation

I tried duplicated the home page - it uses the same layout idea as this page and the home page works but when I changed the image it does the same thing. Hope that makes sense

The only image below the nav is the "one pool robot" in mobile view.

Byron, the image in question, is that the one I've listed in my attachement? I opened the page and downloaded the three versions of that image.

If this actually IS the image you are having trouble with, then all I can say is that it must be something in your system, some update, refresh, hard refresh, something related to your cache. It could also be some delay in the server cache.
If you have a second browser, that you haven't used to view this particular site with, try opening your 2nd (or 3rd) browser and take a look. Anyway, I was able to see all three versions of the picture, and I'm sure others will be able to see them too.

Sorry to butt in, looks to me like the problem could be something to do with the old fashioned Sub-Grid you have used, a bit difficult to understand how it,s supposed to work for that image. if all else fails you could try sending the project file (just that page)
You should have my email address so you can send it to me without putting the project file on this forum, I could then forward it to Eric/Inger up to you though.

By the way as an aside, that floating link button thingy (TEXT US) gets right in the way of the content (cannot read all of the content)especially on mobile devices,

I am having trouble iwth Bing and Google seeing the same thing. Other pages are using the same structure but are doing fine. I'm going to mess with it. Just curious - can't you just put in a different picture in each break point? Some months ago I brought this up and was told that was the best way.

Thanks guys - more later

Yes you can put different images at different breakpoints, but you have to make sure your breakpoints are all active not set to default otherwise it won't work if they are not active then it will show just the same image size and type across all breakpoints,

I noticed that the file names have several spaces. They will be filled with something like '%20' by the server. Maybe if you rename your images so that there are no spaces?

Well I am just about ready to jump off something - I am curious about the breakpoints as I didn't change them knowingly. But even more curious the banner is now changing properly on browsers and mobile but the form below the picture shows up on browser's but not any mobile device - Android and Apple. Agree I got lazy and didn't change the img to no spaces but as I said Somebody "laid the hands" and the banner is working. But this form showing on browsers and now not mobile.

My client is not happy with me
