I've done this a thousand times but can't figure out something so simple

The preview from Designer looks fine - functions great. But when I upload to demo the picture doesn't show up

I would try uploading your project file again, it looks to me like something may have happened during FTP a whole load of stuff not uploaded.

what hosting provider is your site on??
