I agree in general. One time code works well in RSD. I've just run into too many cases where a client decided they want to change something that required a change to code that should have been "one-time." Now, I just make it a habit to use includes.

The other benefit in my case is that since I work from different locations, I can make edits regardless of whether I have RSD or not.
