Pan and Zoom on background image

Is it possible to apply a pan and zoom effect on a background image (or any image) in a container? AKA the Ken Burns effect.
Just another day designing websites for money... it's all good!

Here's a quick one.
I added a little css to the head of the page.
Looking at trying to do it fully through SD without the extra styling added.

That looks great. Yes, I would prefer to do it completely through SD rather than add CSS manually.

Look at the components, as there are some transitions on there that are all setup.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
