Page URL case sensitivity - page name...

RSD is changing the case in the page URL, so I must be doing this wrong, (didn't find out until I exported). I need to match my URLs to the existing site I'm updating.

Where I'm putting in the name for the URLs?
I go to pages in the top menu then use manage project there I double click on the name.
If I type in Foo-Foo it's generated on export to foo-foo.html

That won't match my existing site/ links/seo/scripts/google webmaster settings/etc. If I'm forced to go to re-directs you loose rank on existing sites among a whole host of other issues
This has to be me fluffing it up, way too simple for CC to make this kind of basic error

I assume that it is done that way to avoid any 404 errors, as it is most recommended nowadays to avoid using capital letters in web-site url's,

I just tried this with a test site and RSD does change the page name back to lower case.

I always name my pages lower case but if you need upper case you can always go to the export folder and rename them with upper case before you upload to your server. When I tried this the upper case did upload OK.

Also, you could ask CC about the issue and I'm sure you'll get an answer. They may not fix this particular thing but it never hurts to ask.

Page names are always exported to lower case. An easy fix would be to use an .htaccess file and setup a redirect. You could then send Foo-Foo.html to foo-foo.html

Use this:
Redirect 301 /Foo-Foo.html /foo-foo.html

Well that's a weird one... wanted to avoid a re-direct Matt Cutts from google says you drop rank, at least for the initial change. The site map and everything else can be changed fairly easy. Don't like messin' with the export makes updates a nightmare.
Just adds to the work, but at least I know - thanks all
