Pafe Manager Global settings
Byron you need select the element that you want the same on all pages, then go to the tab "Symbols" (top right) and make it a symbol, then on your other pages you go to the symbol tab again and add it to the page from there.
Global in the "Page Manager" tab is for saking settings for all pages (IE for Google analytics bit, set it as global for all the pages you want to have the google analytics.
If you have custom code in the header/footer, set it as global and then set the header/footer as global on the other pages you want to add those custom codes.
