I'm sure most people within the RSD forum are using RSD to quickly/easily build responsive websites rather than delve into areas requiring extensive coding knowledge. Javascript frameworks don't usually come into that picture (probably more useful to app developers), anyway – I think you need to look to Express for advice/answers.
