It's going to take me awhile to finish the SDV3 site. Meanwhile I was changing the nav bar on the 2.5 site, to get rid of the stacking that I was doing before, which was throwing the items all over the place. So I made it a straight across menu bar now, but it's a mess. The buttons appear to be fragmenting all over the place - even on PC screen. When I use the preview in 2.5, it looks fine, but when I upload it, it's fragmented in Chrome.

Yes, I need to get that working decently, to buy me time to do the SDV3. The 2.5 nav strip was double stacked, and was changing places when it changed screen sizes. So I went to a single in-line nav strip instead, but it's just a bunch of columns adjoining each other, and isn't held together by anything, so they're fragmenting all over the place - even at full PC screen.

This is like quicksand. It seems like the more I try to fix it, the worse I'm making things.

After having seen what has become of your 2.5 menu, I think you should just cut your losses with that version and delve into SD3. It's no rocket science, after all. And we've seen that the pig can sing

I totally agree Inger.

I may just upload the last iteration of 2.5 that I had, where the nav menu items were flipping around and changing positions, but still coherent at least.

Please don't do that Melissa, you will do even more damage to your site rankings

I have fixed the menu
