When the page is viewed on iPhone or smaller screens (432 px ) the menu appears but don't work.

What you did here is on that breakpoint, you have set all those links to a Display of None. If you want them visible, you need to change that from None back to Block.

There is also a checkbox on the Layout Tab "Show Hidden Items" which will allow you to always see things set to a Display of None.
