I finally found how to see the HTML, and on my screen, they were identical. Neither had the "Collapsed" on the end. I don't know where else to look. I've looked through as much code as I could read and don't see the difference.

I have just realized that you aren't actually using the Carrera menu, as it is straight from the box so to speak, that could have something to do with it, because you are using the old fashioned 3 col sub-grid (not called that anymore I know) and it looks to me like there are differences in the attributes and class names for that component.

I did try to keep the menu as it was with the exception of needing two more menu items, and I moved the image from the left to the right. I am very perplexed as to why you are seeing "true" instead of "false" in mine. I checked and rechecked that and republished at least 5 times last night.

There has to be something in the code telling it to collapse the menu once I click to open.

I have read through this discussion now (I didn't have the opportunity before), and it seems to me that the problem with the menu has not yet been solved.
I remember when the Carrera template was launched, it had some errors, but I think they were especially related to the IE 11 browser. Anyway, I think they were fixed.
Since I haven't seen your project file, I can hardly be of help with that, but if you are interested in trying another menu, made by another Coffeecupper and me, you could try this one: https://mock-up.coffeecup.com/bs-comps/ … avbar.html
It has been made for Bootstrap, but not with special Bootstrap CSS classes.

Thank you. I'll see if I can replace mine with this one without blowing up my site!!.
I'm not sure how to add the Project file, but I can try to figure that out when I get home this evening. Seems like it should be simple to fix the hamburger, as it opens when I click on it; it just immediately closes again.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
