I have done this before (putting 2 forms on a page) but for some reason this isn't working this time. Haven't tested the functionality yet but the forms aren't responsive.

Did you use a responsive theme in the formbuilder?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Having cache problems - Chrome wouldn't release. Seems to be working now
