Do you know of a good drop down responsive menu I could use which works on all platforms?

Create one in CC Menu builder. It will work on all platforms.

Unfortunately I don't have Menu Builder and I think that the program has been discontinued?

the menu works in mobile for me. On desktop with a mouse its freaks out. If I hover and move the mouse in the wrong directions the menu repeatedly drops down and up. I put my phone down, and picked it up in landscape, there is no hamburger icon, (598px), and the staff menu partially goes off screen.

The menu now works for me on mobile
