Is there a way to create a mouseover on a text link, as was available easily in VSD?

You might want to think about what you're trying to accomplish with a mouseover – is there a better way to do that without having to add extra code/scripts to make it work on all devices?

Accordians are mentioned in the above article. They work well on all devices and browsers.
