Okay so a couple of things I may have tinkered with the menu between pages to where it isn't consistent. The other thing is that at least one of the pages has a whole new menu format on it that I was experimenting with and seems to be more mobile friendly without causing issues. I really just want to get solid on the menu components so I can bend them to my will for future projects and to get a full understanding of their limits & capabilities. Hopefully this will achieve something.
Well I got it ok, so I am having difficulty understanding what you wish to achieve
You have a lot of breakpoints that don't actually do anything constructive as far a styling & design goes, there is one at 1700px, which could easily be gotten rid of without any detriment to the design. But then that got nothing to do with menu's really,, just for your information though, I safely got rid of the lowest 2 breakpoints and the one at 1700px, without causing any problems to your design
I wouldn't even try to "Bend Them To Your Will" except for changing font styles padding colours etc, the components have been made to function at all viewports, it is possible to make some alterations to for example making the mobile menu indicator appear/disappear sooner or later than the built in point, by changing the position display=none to block, BUT USE the apply to ID to do that not class name.
On your index page you need put back the second class name
"mobile menu toggle" to the container holding the menu & hamburger thingy (not really hamburger but that container)
The page that has the different style menu looks ok too, but so do the others (except you have caused a few little things to go haywire by tweeking.
So your options are
1/ decide which style menu you want for your pages
2/ Get it looking how you want (by styling not messing with other settings, which will cause it to stop working correctly)
3/ make a symbol from the column or even the row for the one that you have styled and looks like you want, put that symbol into your other pages.
If you want change the STYLING only on any menu one one of the other pages then just un-link that one and make your changes to the styling
Your index page works fine at mobile views once you put back that second class name,, as do all the other pages, so you could use that as the symbol to put it into your other pages
