The page now loads but it has been a "Sorry We Are Updating The Site" for a couple of days now. Is it offline while adding/fixing something?

The problem is I am having to look into the copyright/licensing thingy, investigating if its ok for releasing those ingredients under a creative commons thingy, to make sure that everything is ok for whoever uses any of the ingredients, then uses the website created with those ingredients for their own commercial purposes with the what are now components and that the final recipient of the site is covered under a free to use for anything license.
