Trying to set it up that when you touch the number on a mobile device it activates the phone? I found the html to make it happen I just don't know how to mesh the two together.

If you would like to make a telephone link, add a Text Link element or you can link text from a Paragraph Element and in the HREF box enter tel:+15555555555.

Gave it a try but when I click on my android it is trying to take me to a new page. What should the target for the href be?

You did not use the correct markup Ralph. You entered #7244664263 but you need to enter tel:+7244664263

FYI you can add a text button as well... works on my iPhone
Instead of the telephone href like this
tel:+15555555555
You add the text (short message service) href like this
sms:+15555555555
I use that option on my biz site.
