Hey All,
I have a .htm file (not exactly sure if it's exported from site designer)
I just wanted to know if it's possible to import that .htm file into the site designer. If yes, what would be the procedure. If no, is there any alternative?

Yes it is possible, but it wouldn't show as anything on the work canvas until the SD project was either locally 'Previewed or exported.

And you would have to do all content/styling editing before you imported it,, so to be honest, although the answer is yes, it's not really feasible/or practical, you may as well use a HTML editor directly.

You need tell your client it won't work, so there is no benefit from importing it

what about the CSS files/ JS files? and any other stuff that maybe needed? has your client sent them too?

If you need to import it into an editor that supports bootstrap 4, you might try Bootstrap Studio. Like Wayan said, you won't see the site in Site Designer even if you manage to import it correctly, so you wouldn't have any way to easily fix or modify things.
