Hi i am trying to find best fit designer ....but have large libraries of Kendo / Tailwind and others. Can i easily import and use them with Site Designer.?

Yes you can but you will not be able to see the styling unless you view your project online, which makes a WYSIWYG a bit redundant you would be better off using the HTML editor, available from coffee cup.
