Hi
In your components library is a component called reveal (modal) select it which will put it into the component
Section on the page.
select the body of the page and then select the "insert into canvas " button.
This then places the reveal as the last element in the page with a text link that is the trigger for the .odal to open.
You can then style the modal as required delete the image change the size background etc insert a HT ELEMENT into the modal body and place the form link in the html element as normal.
There you have a form in a pop up.
You can then either move the text link trigger to wherever position on your page that when a user clicks on it opens the modal,, or you can insert a other something as a trigger and use that as the trigger.
The .modal can be styled many different ways in which it appears
