After bugging Scott for an extended period of time a solution was found.
I had a site that structure functionality were all there but images would would not load. But only in Internet IE. Chrome Firefox were okay. To make matters worse it would load on some IE 11 machines. Long list of form and support exchanges but the bottom line is the js folder had picked up some form of corruption. Refreshed and re-upped the folder and BAM - works
Just wanted to let everyone in on this one
Thanks Scott
