I see that the image 'Icon country.com' when used as a background image does not show up on a phone when held in portrait orientation. I don't know why, but you could try removing some of the text (of the food menu). Maybe the text actually gets too long on a small screen, so that background images get covered by it.

Certain background properties and values are not well supported on iOS (iPad and iPhones).

The style is an example.

We usually change these values with media queries before the design reaches these smaller display widths. Not exactly sure what settings in your design cause this, but with your project file we'll be able to figure that out in a snap.
