FX has been holding cache for me even when I was doing ctrl + f5. I loaded the css file directly in the browser and refreshed and my site would show the changes.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Eric,
I think I cleaned all the pixels off the inside of my monitor doing Ctrl + f5.

I tried loading to my server from my DropBox and FTP. It just wouldn't show up.

How do you load directly in a browser?

Thanks,
Ernie

view your source html and then click on your .css link at the top of your page to load the css file and refresh it. Now load your html page again.

We don't have one of those brand screen cleaners. We use the Chocolate Lab brand.
