Hi Phat,
It might be the support that is running out for the version your on. Are you on the most current version?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Look for SD Support subscription.

Hi Ryan,
First of all: SD doesn't stop working in 11 days. You can go on using it, but if after those 11 days there is a new version, you need to pay to be able to download it. I don't know if you can pay before that to get rid of the annoying reminders.
Ha en riktig god dag!

Mine shows for the HTML Editor but it is expired. Just wait and I bet it will show in 12 days.

Yes, I just wanted to get rid of the reminders as it becomes annoying fast, but I do like the software so I will continue to pay for it annually as long as they keep adding features and the renewal is competitive as it is right now.
I was using Xara Pro Designer before this and the annual subscription of £99 was becoming a joke, I renewed twice but less and less updates was being introduced to the point it became a milking factory until people caught on and now in their desperation they offer a lifetime of half price for those that already own the software but it is too late, companies always act when it is too late....

It seems that the situation is as it was in Suzanne's post of 19 June 2020 at https://www.coffeecup.com/forums/site-d … post292514 .

The subscription relates not only to updates, but to support by the CoffeeCup team in 'My Support Room'. I think it would be wise for CoffeeCup software not to show the notices until the actual expiry date.

I don't get any notices in the Html Editor but I think I did before it expired.
