How would I go about placing RCS in RSD?

Add the files to your resources and paste the code into an html element.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I am confused as to how to make all these files come together into my index.html file. I have projects from several CoffeeCup apps that I want to incorporate into each other, but I couldn't find the information on how the process works. It's fun to create, but connecting the dots is not easy.
For example: I have Menu Builder, Responsive Layout Maker and Responsive Site Design. I want to mesh all three apps so that they are cohesive. I'd like some step-by-step if possible.
I apologize for my ignorance, but I would like to learn this stuff

You can find instructions here on how to add a slider to RSD.

The exact same process work for all of our apps. Just export the project, add the exported files in RSD and then include the markup the program provides.
