Not sure I understand. The row I have the menu in is set to sticky.
It is sticky when I start to scroll, it stops being sticky when I get a row or two down.

On my RSD bootstrap there is no "position Sticky" only fixed

Gotcha.... I was just watching a video on responsive menus and the RSD in the video had options and different things in that may version doesn't have.

I have made a quick video to show how to make the header & menu stick to the top and all other content scrolls under it.
it's on the way to youtube now maybe the rsd versio build number is different to mine what is the verion number you are using

But a waste of time looking at it as I now know you are using a later build of RSD to the one I have, which is why my one doesn't have the position "Sticky" available,
