Wayan,

Just emailed you.

Inger - Thank you for the file. I am learning so much from you guys. I'm going to save that as a component as I think it will do perfectly for another website I maintain for a nonprofit. Thanks again.

Galen, about the file I sent you:

At first the slideshow wanted to be on top of the navbar when scrolling the page. To make it go underneath, I had to give the container 'content' a negative z-index. I'm mentioning this because usually in such cases, you want to give a positive z-index to the element that is to be on top. But the 'stickiness' doesn't work if the navbar has a z-index.Just so that you are aware of it.

Wayan,

Thanks for your help. I uploaded website files. The "hamburger" menu works great. The "sticky" menu is acting a bit quirky in larger view ports. I've attached a screen shot. Tried it in both Chrome and Firefox. When I scroll down the menu does not stick and when I scroll back up it appears as in the screen shot.

That being said, I live in the real world and I know this is taking you a lot of time to work on. I do not want to take advantage of your generosity. Please let me know if feel you can't spend any more time on it. I will completely understand.

I see the problem you're having. I haven't studied the menu, but it seems to me that it is indeed sticky but the slideshow goes on top of it. Try to give the 'hero-column' a negative z-index, as I explained earlier.

The problem is I didn't get the slideshow css files so I couldn't see what was happening
on firefox from here it works so what version of firefox are you on.
on chrome it works from here so again what version

the menu will only stick when scrolling up that's what sticky does

scrolling back down it will remain in the place it is set
