OK so now I see
for larger breakpoints you need to make the "ROW (nav-row)" holding the column which holds the nav bar
class = sticky-container
position = sticky - top margin = 0
Sticky doesn't work for mobile devices or on Internet explorer
so at
below your lowest breakpoint (400px) you need change the column settings to
position = flex
wrap = wrap
content=space around
If you want the menu bar to not be visible at these lower views, then you need set it to a fixed position, and then hide it for small/medium views, then you need put a trigger link in (hamburger) which will open the menu at the top of the screen wherever they have scrolled to.
