In RSD, I can't seem to make a new class show up in the class list. For instance, I make a class for a row...a simple background color change. I then make the color change & save. I then open another page that I want to make that same change on...look for the new class and it is not there anywhere in the list. I am sure that I am missing something but can someone point me to an instruction on this or help??
Many Thanks. Dan
How to add a class
try typing the new class name into the class area for the element in the new page see if it shows the new class as a choice once you start typing. sometimes it happens to me if i do it that way, thereafter it appears in the list (sometimes need to scroll down the list.

Thanks Wayanjaya.
I tried that after your post... nope! Just won't show a new class at all. Even if I make the class, make a change in the background, save the file, close the file, re-open the file. The new class remains in the classes box but it will not go into the list...nor is it available for a different page. The inspector shows it written to the CSS file... ??? Who knows. It must be something I am doing. Thanks for trying to help. Dan.

I think the actual problem here was that I may have had multiple classes on an element. Scott answered a support ticket and after his help... it is apparent that this is a user problem not a program problem.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
