I've had success using hover effects ( scale and others ) in previous versions of RSD but I get no hover effect functionality
while using the new BETA 1.5 build 1350

After assigning the hover effect with scale to a element like a photo then preview the site using the preview button nothing happens when hovering over the element/photo.
Im using the same method of implementation as before somethings change and I'm not sure what, I'm not sure if it's me.
While previewing the hover effects created in the previous BETA (last) version within this new BETA build 1350 works fine its just that hover effects in 1.5 build 1350 not working

What should I do? is there a workaround?

Hover effects works for me on Images, buttons,text,
fade-in, fade-out, change colour, scale, scew, rotate
