As far as I know, CoffeeCup.com does not sell anything at just $19, so I don't know what you have bought. And the CC software can be installed on Windows and MacOS (provided you have the correct version), without any problems, be it AMD processors or various graphics drivers. If you really have bought the CC software pack, you won't have Bootstrap builder separately, but Bootstrap has been integrated into Site Designer, which is indeed included.

I don't mean to be unfriendly, but you sound like a 'web designer wannabe' who is asking for something like a 'free lunch'. The people here in this forum like to help newbies, but we don't like spammers.

Yeah, maybe. It still appears weird to me that 'an independent web designer' cannot produce at least the start of his own website. Even if he has not been able to install the CC software, he must have had other tools.
