Ok this is weird, your RSD opening fine but the Zoom does not work.
I have recreated the demo html that came with Ezoom and it will not work.

But all the demos for both zooms work I am lost as to what to do.

Are you guys running Windows 10?

The path to the image is wrong. Replace the path to the image in the HTML Elements with this img/jpn.jpg

Adam thank you that's working and WHY did I not see that :( I will replicate it on my project and get back with a yes or no thanks for your help!! :)

Adam I have it working now, it has taken several hours and I still have no idea why this one is working and why it did not on my several attempts, I have done nothing different that I know of.

We would need to see the project file and if you have the page uploaded the link. This will give us more information as to what the issue may be. :)
