I just finished my first site with SD3 and published it. Couple days later, I get a note from Google Search Console "New Mobile Usability issue detected for site http://www.kwcinc.com/ Content wider than screen....
Couldn't see how this could be since everything checked out in site designer and passed their (google's) mobility tests (after 3 tries) a couple days earlier. So I started writing a note here for help, did some screen shots and all and went back to the Google Search Console to see if they had any specifics I could work with (of course not!) To my surprise, the error is now gone! Yep, the error is still listed, but now on "0" pages. No, I didn't do any edits.
Just thought you would like to know in case someone else runs into this. One of the things I noticed as I submitted the site for review, is that google was not loading all the css pages before rating, so the spacing and text sizes were not meeting their "suggestions", effectively they were rating an unformatted site. Took 3 tries before enough of the css was loaded to get a pass. Have a feeling something similar happened when they crawled the site later to generate the error.
Google Search Console - Content wider...
Good of you to let us know about this! I checked your site on my iPhone6, and of course everything was ok.
Ha en riktig god dag!
