I think the menu that Angie made is from the CC tutorial recently released,, but it is far too incomplete for your average yogi bear to follow easily

First on the landing page is a menu that has a header with menu when you scroll up the header disappears and the menu sticks to the top (pretty cool for saving space (this was created using something from Twinstream (Kudos to him for that)
if you then follow the link to the download center you can choose the menu in either RFF or RSD

You can play around with it for styling as you desire add or take away elements within the menu, all sorts of stuff.

I can't find Twinstreams menu that he did at the moment, but when he comes on line I am sure he will be able to point you to it
