The theme looks sort of ok, but it is lacking a couple of vital elements:

You need to have some kind of navigation to the various sections down the page
There should be a page name/logo, some kind of heading
The subscribe form needs a submit button
You should say something about the images, if they are royalty free and ok to be used or not, maybe also where they come from. Like I say on my sharing site that they have been used for decoration and are all my own property, and people are asked to use their own images.
