Found. Component = Account Conflict?...

Trying to add the component "Table of contents" from the Navigation selection for the Foundation framework.

I get this error:

Account Conflict
The user account this component was created with is not associated with the account you are currently logged in as.


I am logged in on the website, and with the RSD for publishing.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

It is a free component, so you don't need to be logged in. Would need more info to offer some suggestions there. Videos always preferred. ;)

Also, make sure you are not using a custom component that you made or overwrote. It should show as free.

I don't mean to Hijack this thread, but I have a question regarding components in the current RSD version 2.1 Build 2106:
What happened to components?
For Bootstrap, my install only has Background Videos. Foundation has several components but a lot are missing compared to the previous beta build. I tried uninstalling & re-installing & got the same results.

Am I missing something?

It sounds like the database has gotten corrupted. What you will need to do is delete the internal database so that you can start fresh again. This should fix you up. Here is where you can locate the database:

C:\Users[username]AppData\Roaming\SharedSettings.ccs


Just delete that file and restart the app.

If you can not see this directory you will need to turn on hidden files and folders in order to access it. Here's how:

Open your My Computer folder. Select Organize > Folder and Search Options > View tab. Scroll down and select Show Hidden Files and Folders. It's also a good idea to uncheck Hide Extensions for Known File Types.
