Hello All,

I need help. I'm using the latest version of SD. I want to add a drop down inside of a form. I created a form container and added the drop down. I set the number of options to what I wanted. I'm trying to find where I go to add the text for the options?

The other question is how do I add the name attribute to the form. I can't find that field either.

Unfortunately, the dropdown comes up in the elements tree as just one 'thing', so the options have to be edited after export.
I have reported it to the developers some time ago, and I think others have too.

OOPS! posted too early. The Name you find below the elements tree, in the 'Selected element properties'..

I don't have a name field in my version. See attached.

When it comes to adding options, the problem also happens with any other <input> with options.

You need to pop in the dropdown, that's the element that needs a name. If the form container needs a name, an ID or class name probably can be used?

As far as I can see, the input Listbox has to be treated the same way as the dropdown; edit after export. In case of checkboxes, radio buttons or labels, the text for them can be edited in that Selected element properties section.

I own FD as well. It's working on the inputs that have definable options, so I guess that is the way to go at the moment.

Thank you for your time!
