Think I know the answer but just for grins - I have a client that wants a SPECIFIC font. The only fonts that are available are already in RSD - is that correct?

That's what designers do. They always choose an exotic font.
And website builders are paid to use the font the client wants them to.
After all they paid the designer and approved the design.
Maybe you can talk him out of it if you tell him how much extra time and money it takes to use his favourite font (and show him a Google font look-a-like).
