Worth a shot...:) Have to step out to store first. Be back in a bit, and will update.

I did as suggested, Inger, but oddly, even with a newly duplicated page of one that works properly and copying/pasting to create a new index page <drum roll> ...still same problem :/

Can you share your project?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

You mean the url? It's a church site at http://20thstreetbaptist.org

The problem is on the Home (index) page only. Other pages display header and footer "font icon links" properly. Icons are correct in SD3, but not in browser (Bing). Also, they worked fine before update (2879).

Is Bing a browser? I thought it was a search engine. Anyway, try a different browser, like Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, or if you are on a Mac, try Safari. You probably have cleared the browser cache already.

It could also be worth clearing out everything from the server and reupload, or at least upload to a test folder on your server, or if you have access to a different server.

It's night time here now, but if you would share your project file (the .rsd file) I'll take a look in the morning. If it is too big to be uploaded here, zip it up and pop it into your dropbox or similar.
Ha en riktig god dag!

I bet its those other js scripts you have in the head of the page.
Try moving them to the footer and remove the jquery links as you don't need it three times.
Remove this
<script src="home-slider/js/jquery-1.8.2.min.js"></script>

You'll need to do it twice.

It's this css page causing the problem
<link href="home-slider/css/slideshow.css" rel="stylesheet">

Try moving it to above your foundation.min.css

Yes, sorry Inger. I did not mean to say Bing, but Edge. My mind was zeroed in elsewhere.

I will try your suggestion Eric, thank you.

Okay, I just tried removing the slider altogether from the page, and that solved the problem. So yes Eric, you are correct in that the problem is in the slider script.

Forgive me, I am a novice at this, and I do not have editor in order to manipulate the HTML. I deleted the jquery, but only found one line of it in the HTML (I use Coffeecup Slider software, and just copy and paste from it into page).

Also, I do not completely understand your suggestion: "Try moving it to above your foundation.min.css"

I do need the slider if possible. So I need to work with it for a bit to see if I can clean it up. Thanks Inger, and Eric. I'll post an update on my progress.

I don't have time to look right now but it's the slideshow.css that is overriding the icons. Put everything back and maybe I will get more time or somebody else will find the issue. If you can share your actual .rsd project file, it may be easier to fix.
