Here are a handful of sites that I have done in RSD. RSD has made it so easy to convert standard html site into a responsive design.

From your "handful" of sites—like the cosmos has a "handful" of stars— I wonder if you could show me via a screen shot or type a few words about how you use the folder system built into RSD? For example, do I name the theme and wireframes folders with my project name? what kinds of resources go into a resource folder?

I have a 400+ page website to convert. It would be really helpful if I had some idea of how to name and organize folders for a project, especially since it appears I'll have to split my project to stay within the 75-page limit. I really don't want to convert 97 pages and then find I have to redo everything because I didn't plan well.

You can create the folders in the 'resources' and give them names that fit your needs. You will certainly need an 'images' folder. If you will be adding external js and css files, you can make folders for them. What I would not to, is make too many sub-sub-sub levels of folders. Recently someone had a problem making an image show because it was too deep in the folder hierarchy.

With that number of pages you have you will have to split the site into several projects. You need to keep the various parts in separate folders, with their own resource folders, otherwise you risk that the css or something will overwrite the same files from a different part of your project.
I very often create sites in three languages, so for me it would be logical to have the main language as the 1st project, directly on the domain root. Then I would make a folder for each of the other language versions. I would recommend finding some 'semantic' way of splitting your project.

Good luck!
