Yeah, I didn't even think of the image size. I resized it to 50% and saved for web, which reduced the size drastically. Still looks ridiculous on my phone. Should I go smaller?

Try this one. It's not certain that this is what you want, but what I have done is removing the 100% vh from the row holding the logo, then also removed the blueish gradient from the button images for small screens. I have not had time to export it and upload it to some place to test with the phone, but at least the logo image is loadable now.

I'm using the old version of RSD so I can't open it. 
Is there a way I can check it out with the older version?

I have contacted CC and asked if they would let me have RSD1.5 once again, then I can edit your file again. But I would try the changes I described above.
