Select the Row or column you want fixed and go to the property settings.
Under Position, you will see the settings for making the position fixed.
You can also use the Z-index to put row/column with the video behind other items.

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.

Hi Brian :) thanks mate and yes I have tried that, but no video is displayed, I assume it requires HTML 5 Video code which I can not see in RSD. Images work fine video not working for me.

Have you tried using Youtube/Vimeo for your video? Not all browsers support the <video> tag the same way and then you are dealing with all sorts of CODEC issues if the video is not properly encoded.

Hi Scott :) and no I have not but I will give it a go.

So are far as you guys are concerned this should be the same as placing a picture in as a fixed background between <div>

As per the fixed background tutorial

@ Eric thanks mate very nice! will try that as well!

@ Scott I would like to do this http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/fixed-background/ but with a video in the background, it will be aimed at large screen and removed for mobile.
