In Foundation you can set the equal height at elements easily. Is that at the Vanilla-Framework also possible. Do I need Javascript? Any ideas?

I think you will need to put the container into a row that based on a Flex layout.

Are you trying to equally size elements for layout purposes? If so, I would learn how to use grid based layout. It is very handy.

I tried, in Vanilla using the same attributes as for Foundation, and downloading the equalizer js file, but I couldn't make it work. As I've suggested earlier, which also Bill says, Flex or Grid are the techniques I would use.

Unfortunately, the only vanilla I use is of the pod variety, in icecreams or delicious creamy rice puddings, with a crispy skin on top.,
If vanilla can do flex, then that's the way to go I would imagine, personally I wouldn't bother trying to find a way around,
